How to Apply

Dear Parents/Guardians:

Thank you for choosing to send your son/daughter to Pioneer Academy.

Admissions Process Steps Grades K-8

  • Step 1: Complete the Online Application Form.

  • Step 2: Schedule an Interview and Assessment of the Student’s current level of Academic performance in both Math and Language Arts  (Students entering Grades 2-10 only)with the Admissions Office.

    (Testing usually takes 2 hours)

    • Students entering Grade K will be required to provide Preschool progress reports/behavior reports.
    • Students entering Grades K-2 will be required to take an In-house Assessment.
    • Students entering Grades 1-8 will be required to provide report cards/behavior report from the previous 2 years.
  • Step 3: Receive your admission decision one week after the completion of your Application.

  • Step 4: If accepted please complete the Enrollment packet and return it to Pioneer Academy along with the $100.00 non-refundable enrollment fee.

  • Step 5: Accepted students are required to schedule an appointment with the School Accountant to arrange their first tuition payment. You may contact the School Accountant either via phone at 973-4055169 x132/145 or via e-mail at [email protected].

    *If you delay the payment, we cannot guarantee a seat for your child.

Admissions Process Steps Grades 9-12

  • Step 1:  Complete the Online Application Form.

  • Step 2: Schedule an Interview and Assessment of the Student’s current level of Academic performance in both Math and Language Arts  (Day students      entering Grades 9-11 only) with the Admissions Office.

    (Testing usually takes 2 hours)

    • Students entering Grade 12 will be required to provide SAT/ACT Scores.
    • Students entering Grades 9-12 will be required to provide report cards/behavior report from the previous 2 years. Students will also be required to submit 2 letter of Recommendation (preferably from Guidance Counselors, Math/Science or English teacher).
  • Step 3: Receive your admission decision one week after the completion of your Application.

  • Step 4If accepted please complete the Enrollment packet and return it to Pioneer Academy along with the $100.00 non-refundable enrollment fee.

Admissions Process Steps International Students

  • Step 1: Complete the Online Application Form.

  • Step 2: Send all your transcripts/grades and/or report cards after having them translated into English.

  • Step 3: Send all your language proficiency test scores (TOEFL/IELTS etc. if available).

  • Step 4: Upon receiving the decision letter, please fill out all enrollment forms sent by the admissions counselor.

  • Step 5: Submit your application & tuition fees to the account number provided in the enrollment form.

  • Step 6: After receiving your I-20, start your F-1 visa application at the closest U.S. Embassy.

  • Step 7: Once your F-1 visa is approved, start packing up for New Jersey, USA.
