Fitness club is held in our brand new fitness center with all new machines and equipment.  The boys’ fitness club is held three times a week, where the students can come and learn helpful workout tips, ways to strengthen their muscular and cardiovascular systems the correct and healthy way.  The girls’ fitness club is held separate from the boys’ club which are twice a week.  During this time, the girls are taught about enhancing cardiovascular fitness and taught dance aerobics techniques guided by instructors.
