The Fitness club takes advantage of our brand new fitness center, complete with brand new machines and a  wide array of equipment.  Boys fitness club is held three times a week, where students are able to learn how to strengthen both their muscular and cardiovascular systems in a safe and supervised environment, with a focus on overall health and proper technique.  Girls fitness club is held separate from the boys club and meets twice a week to learn methods of achieving and maintaining cardiovascular fitness as well as dance aerobics techniques guided by instructors.
