This was Pioneer Academy's second year participating in MOEMS (Math Olympiad for Elementary and Middle School). The contest is made up of five different contests each containing five highly challenging questions. The following are the some of Pioneer Academy's highlights in the contest.

Division E (5th + 6th Grade)P.D. , Fatih Dincturk , Ipek Olca , E.A., Laila Qaddoumi, and Z.M. all earned the Silver Pin Award for scoring in the top 10% individually.Z.M. will win the Highest Individual Scorer Trophy for earning the top score in the school.As a team, Pioneer earned a High Achievement Award for scoring in the top 20% of all Division E teams.Division M (7th + 8th Grade)Ihsan Yuce , Alina Sadiqulla, Etka Pakel, H.S. , F.B., Sara Hanini all earned the Silver Pin Award for scoring in the top 10% individually.Sara Hanini will win the Highest Individual Scorer Trophy for earning the top score in the school.As a team, Pioneer earned a High Achievement Award for scoring in the top 20% of all Division M teams.
