Say Hi to Our Young Yogis!
Say Hi to our young yogis! It was an exciting day for our Montessori Pre-K kids as they had the opportunity to explore the world of yoga. Little did they know, this would be a day that none of them would forget!
The kids were filled with enthusiasm as they followed Ms. Foster's instructions and began practicing some basic poses. They seemed to have mastered downward dog in no time at all and even attempted the more complicated bridge pose without too much difficulty.
They were eager to learn more so their teacher decided to introduce them to meditation.When class came to an end everyone said goodbye with newfound knowledge that will last a lifetime… including how important it is just simply say “Namaste” (hello) when greeting someone special or familiar alike!
