World Read Aloud Day!

Thursday, February 16th, is World Read Aloud Day. Pioneer's ELA classes, particularly in the Middle School are celebrating today by sharing how words are powerful and why it is important to belong to a community of readers. In an effort to demonstrate to the students how reading fosters a love of life long learning, Ms. Ginart invited several staff members into her class to read from their favorite books and share the impact those works have made on their lives. At Pioneer, we use every opportunity available to nurture the love of the written word in our students. We hope you do the same today, on World Read Aloud Day, and every day!
